Financial Advisor Commits to Midtown with Long-Term Lease
Independent financial advisory group WealthEdge, betting on the resurgence of New York City, signed a new lease for office space at Global Holdings’ 99 Park Ave. The 35-year-old firm capitalized on favorable market conditions to secure quality terms and concessions as part of a long-term, 4,500-square-foot lease in the Class A Midtown building.
“Jerry Addeo and WealthEdge are known in the industry for bridging the gap between knowing and doing,” said Colliers International managing director David Kaplansky, who brokered the deal on behalf of WealthEdge. “In this case, that means knowing that New York City will bounce back and doing by leveraging a favorable opportunity, the same way he does for his clients.”
