Finance Pros Join NorthMarq New Jersey
Finance experts David Mindnich and Kris McKay have joined NorthMarq Capital’s office in Morristown, NJ.
“Their capital markets knowledge and experience will allow them to offer creative solutions to our clients,” said Gary Cohen, senior vice president and managing director for NorthMarq.
Mindnich will originate debt and equity financing for all types of commercial real estate transactions. He spent four years as an originator with C.H. Kauffman & Associates. Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years working as an institutional corporate bond broker on Wall Street.
McKay will specialize in the origination and placement of debt and equity financing. He joined NorthMarq in 2017 from C.H. Kauffman & Associates, where he worked as an originator. McKay has 15 years of experience in commercial real estate.
