Final Retail, Restaurant Buildings in Chandler Viridian Primegate Sold for $21M
Winlee Development sold the final component of Chandler Viridian Primegate, a four-building project in Chandler, AZ. The recently completed Thirsty Lion and Charles Schwab flagship buildings were the latest sales in a nearly $21-million phased transaction. Additional single-tenant assets sold included the Panera building and The Sicilian Butcher restaurant.
Primegate is the capstone restaurant and retail component of Hines’ 25-acre, $250-million Chandler Viridian mixed-use project at the entrance to the Chandler Fashion Center, a super-regional luxury mall near the 101 and 202 freeway interchange. The development team also included Alliance Residential and Concord Hospitality.
Winlee Development, the commercial real estate division of Phoenix-based Winfield Lee Investments, developed Primegate. Marcus & Millichap’s Jamie Meddress and Chris Lind handled all of the transactions.
