
Final Piece of Miller Union Stockyards Begins Adaptive Reuse Transformation
Clarion Partners, LLC, and Westbridge have started 926 Brady, an adaptive reuse transformation of the final undeveloped building in the core West Midtown submarket of Atlanta, GA.
The 1930s warehouse is the last remaining piece of the industrial complex that made up the Miller Union Stockyards, which has seen several of its historic buildings updated and adapted. 926 Brady itself back to the early 1900s, when it served as a stockyard and meatpacking plant for Atlanta’s growing population.
926 Brady will have more than 36,000 square feet of large-format creative office space with a second-floor addition featuring an outdoor rooftop terrace with skyline views. The project is targeting creative companies interested in retaining and attracting talent in a new-to-market space that reflects the character of the historic neighborhood.
Construction is currently underway, with an estimated delivery in the second quarter of 2023. Leasing is handled by Transwestern.
