A JV between developer Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and investment firm Clarion Partners has announced that vertical construction of the final phase of the Center at Needham Ranch (CANR) in Santa Clarita, CA is underway. The final portion includes 392,000 square feet of speculative industrial space across three buildings and a 279,000-square-foot, build-to-suit cross-dock facility. 

“We are thrilled to be starting this final phase and to be delivering new Class A industrial space to the highly supply-constrained Los Angeles North submarket,” said Trammell Crow Principal John Balestra. “Our development is ideally located to capture the growing demand from diverse tenants, which has remained strong.”

TCC has recently completed the preleasing for one of the new buildings to DrinkPAK, along with current tenants at CANR, LA North Studios and Illumination Dynamics. The final phase and the entire CANR development is expected to be complete by late 2023.
