Final Peralta Canyon Parcel Sells to Beazer Homes for Under $7M

Beazer Homes acquired 78 lots in Peralta Canyon, Phase II for $6.6 million. The parcel’s sale is the close-out of available land at the housing development, located at U.S. 60 and Peralta Road, at the base of the Superstition Mountains in Gold Canyon.

Land Advisors Organization’s Ryan Semro, Bret Rinehart and Ben Heglie represented the seller, Peralta Canyon LLC/Voyager Properties in the transaction. Beazer Homes will join other homebuilders, Lennar Homes and Gehan Homes, in the community’s second phase.

The 320-acres Peralta Canyon contains a total of 761 home sites, and is 14 miles from Mesa and 18 miles from Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport. The community is near the Peralta Trailhead on Superstition Mountain, and the proposed 480-acre Peralta Regional Park.
