Fimida Enterprises Acquires Mixed-Use Queens Portfolio

Daniel Figotin’s Fimida Enterprises and Sandra Ferrier acquired four mixed-use properties in Queens owned by the Diaz family’s Portela Realty for a total of $7 million. The acquisition was financed by a $4.9 million loan from ConnectOne Bank.

Comprising a mix of residential, retail and medical office uses, the properties have a total of 17,000 square feet of built space and include: 21-02 30th Ave. in Astoria, 47-02 Greenpoint Ave. in Sunnyside, 40-14 83rd St. in Elmhurst and 72-22 34th Ave. in Jackson Heights. Figotin plans to upgrade the properties.

Ben Normatov and Lev Mavashev of Alpha Realty represented both the seller and buyer in this off-market transaction. The loan was brokered by Jake Gluck’s Fortune Capital Group.
