Film Forum Renews

Film Forum has renewed its 10,500-square-foot lease at 200 Varick Street in Manhattan’s Hudson Square neighborhood.

“This commitment is a testament to the property’s superior location and strong amenities package, as well as the outstanding management team,” said Brian Steinwurtzel, co-CEO of Newmark Holdings, developer of the property.

The 410,000-square-foot, 12-story building was built in 1926, when the neighborhood was a printing district. Today, its office spaces are filling with media, advertising, arts, legal and tech companies, according to Newmark.
