Fifield Makes 3 Hires to Support Growth

Fifield Cos. has made three new hires to support the firm’s continued growth in Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas and other key cities. Jon Schneider (pictured) has joined as VP of asset management; while Navi Sandhu has come aboard as an AVP in acquisitions, finance and development; and Joe Pitsor has joined as an associate responsible for underwriting developments and acquisitions.

Schneider joins Fifield from GEM Realty Capital, a Chicago-based private equity real estate investment firm, where he served as a VP of asset management. At GEM, he oversaw a national portfolio included approximately 1,000 newly constructed apartment units and approximately 3,500 value-add apartment units.

Sandhu will be responsible for underwriting multifamily development projects and working on debt and equity financing. Before joining Fifield, she was a senior associate at Wrightwood Financial. Pitsor previously worked in the real estate advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
