Fifield Launches Leasing in River West

Leasing has begun at Westerly, Fifield’s 188-unit mixed-use apartment development in downtown’s River West neighborhood. Fifield expects first move-ins in October.

The 11-story property also serves as the latest canvas for Chicago-based artist Sentrock, who recently completed a series of murals featuring his signature characters. Installed on the building’s south elevations, the murals are visible not only to the community but also to travelers along the Kennedy Expressway and Ogden Avenue.

“Westerly was designed to fit in with the aesthetic of River West, which is why we were so excited to have the opportunity to work with Sentrock on a mural that is representative of the young, energetic vibe of the area,” said Fifield EVP Lindsey Senn. “Like the public art projects we’ve commissioned at other Fifield developments, this piece from one of Chicago’s most exciting street artists reflects the tone of the community and our commitment to our neighbors.”
