Fifield Buys Turtle Creek property for 24-story multifamily community

Fifield Companies Looking to Build Turtle Creek High-Rise

If you live in a homeowners association, it’s hard to get everyone to agree on anything, let alone getting a good price for their individual condo units. But that’s what happened in a high-end Dallas neighborhood. The Fifield Companies paid $20 million for a 26-unit condominium complex on 1.6 acres in Uptown/Turtle Creek in Dallas, about $770,000 a unit.

Fifield has plans to clear the site and develop a 24-story luxury apartment tower on the land. An Avison Young team led by Mike Kennedy represented the sellers as a group under the Wimbledon Place Homeowners Association (HOA).

“Turtle Creek is among the most dynamic neighborhoods for multifamily development in the entire country. This acquisition is a tremendous opportunity for the Fifield team to bring our unique luxury high-rise experience to Dallas,” said Fifield’s Justin Westfall.
