Fields West Rental Community Reveals Open Date

A residential component of Frisco’s Fields West development is taking shape, with leasing now underway for the first phase of The Wentwood at Fields West.

Units at The Wentwood are expected to be ready for move-in in January. Additional phases are scheduled to open throughout 2027 and into 2028. The community’s amenity package includes three swimming pools, three fitness centers, coworking areas, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, and resident and sky lounges.

Developed by Columbus Realty Partners, the Class A apartment community is being built along Wentwood Avenue, directly above restaurants and shops planned for Fields West, the massive $800 million master-planned community taking shape along the Dallas North Tollway corridor in northern Frisco. 

Fields West went vertical in late 2025 and will open in stages, starting next year. At completion, the development will span 55 acres and include about 360,000 square feet of shopping, dining, and entertainment space, and 350,000 square feet of offices, in addition to the 1,150 multifamily units.
