“Field Street District” Office High-Rise/Residential Tower to Ascend in March
Pacific Elm Properties, an affiliate of Wood Partners, expects to deliver an 18-story office tower and a 25-story multifamily high-rise as part of the first phase of a mixed-use development. The project, slated for the Field Street District in Dallas, is anticipated to cost $350 million. Construction on the 915,200-square-foot office space is expected to start in March and is projected to be completed in 2027. The apartment complex is slated to house 300 units.
The Beck Group is listed as the design firm on the filing. The Dallas Morning News reports Woods Capital and Kaizen Development Partners partnered with Dundon Capital Partners to purchase the parcels at 1012 and 1100 McKinney Ave in 2019.
The scope of the $1 billion Field Street District project initially included two residential high-rises, 1.2 million square feet of office space, a hotel and 30,000 to 40,000 square feet of amenity and retail space when plans were first revealed about four years ago.
