Fidelis Realty Nabs Three-Center Portfolio

Houston-based Fidelis Realty Partners purchased a three-property shopping center portfolio from InvenTrust Properties for an undisclosed price. Two of the centers, Riverstone Shopping Center and Victory Lakes Town Center, are in the Houston metro. McKinney Towne Crossing in McKinney, in North Texas, is the third property.

Chris Gerard, Mark Witcher and Blaine Dozier with CBRE represented InvenTrust in the transaction. The total portfolio totaled more than 885,000 square feet, and has a combined occupancy rate of 94%.

Riverstone Shopping Center, on SH 6 in Missouri City, is a 272,535-square-foot power center with national tenants including Hobby Lobby, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond and PetSmart. The 270,367-square-foot Victory Lakes Town Center, at Interstate 45 and FM 646 in League City, houses J.C. Penney, Hobby Lobby, University of Texas Medical Branch and Best Buy. The 242,778-square-foot McKinney Towne Crossing on SH121 is anchored by a Super Target, Ross and Lowe’s.
