Fidelis Healthcare Begins First Project: Saint Joseph Medical Office Pavilion

Dallas-based Fidelis Healthcare Partners launched its first development, breaking ground on Saint Joseph Medical Office Pavilion. The 100,000-square-foot mixed-use project, situated on the Uptown Denver campus of Saint Joseph Hospital, is at East 18th Avenue and North Ogden Street. Completion is scheduled for July 2020.

The building will offer medical office space, as well as ground-floor retail and restaurant space. Also included will be ground-level, covered parking for physicians, and an adjacent parking lot offering free parking for patients, visitors and tenant employees.

Fidelis Healthcare Partners opened in September 2017, headed by the same people who built CBRE’s Healthcare and Development Services arm. The company is affiliated with Fidelis Realty Partners Ltd. of Houston.
Saint Joseph is part of SCL Health, a non-profit, faith-based health system with 10 hospitals in two states. Saint Joseph Hospital’s $650 million, 375-bed acute care facility opened in late 2014.
