Fiat Chrysler Signs with Opus for Bolingbrook Space
The Opus Group signed Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) to a lease at 1325 Remington, a 112,049-square-foot building in its Carlow Corporate Center in Bolingbrook, IL. The car manufacturer will occupy 25,523 square feet, using the space as a training facility for employees.
“We’re thrilled to have Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as a long-term tenant in our building,” said Josh Bauer, manager of real estate development at Opus. “This deal is a true example of the perseverance of our team to complete a transaction that meets the needs of FCA and its employees.”
FCA is targeting February 2020 occupancy for 1325 Remington, which was completed in November 2016. Opus served as the developer, design-builder and architect, structural engineer and interior designer of record for the building.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jordan Decker and Chris Cobb represented FCA, while Colliers International’s Dominic DeRose, Vern Shultz and Charles Canale represented Opus in leasing negotiations.
