FGS Inks 24K-SF MD Lease 

FGS, LLC (FGS) is expanding its operations to Lexington Exchange in California, Maryland, where it will place approximately 15 employees this spring. The company, headquartered in La Plata, Maryland, leased 23,574 square feet of space at 23566 Oak View Drive in St. Mary’s County from St. John Properties, Inc.  

FGS is an Information Technology services and consulting company specializing in intelligence analysis, information systems support, and security engineering services. Founded in 2004 by Paul Facchina, Sr., FGS serves customers in the greater Washington, D.C., and Baltimore areas, as well as nationwide. 

The building features 18-foot ceiling heights and open floor plans. Lexington Exchange, where the new space is located, is a 140-acre mixed-use business community with five buildings, including flex/R&D and retail space. Mike White of St. John Properties represented the landlord and Anne Hooper of Hooper & Associates represented the client in this transaction.
