F&F/Fifield Project in West Loop Reaches 90% Leased

Leasing has reached 90% at 727 West Madison, a 492-unit luxury apartment building in the West Loop co-developed by F&F Realty, Ltd. and Fifield Cos. Reportedly, it’s Chicago’s tallest building west of the Loop.

“In a submarket with numerous options for renters, reaching this milestone just over a year after we welcomed our first move-ins is quite an accomplishment for everyone involved,” said David Friedman, president of F&F Realty.

Fifield SVP Jon Schneider said the apartments and amenities “were designed to offer residents nearly anything they need, with everything else just steps away in this vibrant urban neighborhood.”

Apartments at 727 West Madison include studio, convertible, one, two and three-bedroom residences, ranging from approximately 500 to 1,550-plus square feet, and priced from $1,900 to $5,700 monthly. An 1,800-square-foot, two-bedroom/two-bath penthouse on the 45th floor is currently on the market, and offers more than 180-degree views of the cityscape.
