Fetner Reopens Upper East Side Apartments Following Renovations

Fetner Properties announced the re-opening of 85 East End Ave., a fully renovated residential tower on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Featuring luxury apartments with East River views, the development has undergone extensive renovations. 85 East End Ave. is located a block away from Carl Schurz Park.

“85 East End offers a very rare opportunity for the discerning renter searching for the elegance and graciousness of a historic New York building with smart updates that address the needs of New Yorkers of this era,” said Hal Fetner, President and CEO of Fetner Properties. “We reinvented a classic building by enhancing the living experience with contemporary designs in both the amenities and apartments, while incorporating sustainability-focused upgrades such as energy-efficient cooling.”

The renovation of 85 East End Avenue includes a complete overhaul of its HVAC system, transitioning to an electrified setup following New York City’s sustainability goals. The building has also been upgraded with a new state-of-the-art security system and building-wide Wi-Fi connectivity.
