Fertility Clinic Expands to 75K SF at 4 Columbus Circle

New Hope Fertility Center, an award-winning medical practice founded by Dr. John Zhang, signed a 74,505-square-foot, 15-year office renewal and expansion at GLL Partners’ 4 Columbus Circle.

The clinic opted to renew its original 37,670-square-foot lease at the eight-story property, and also doubled its footprint, signing a new deal for 36,835 square feet.

CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma, Ken Meyerson and Zach Weil represented New Hope Fertility Center in negotiations. David Hollander and Tim Freydberg, also of CBRE, acted on behalf of the landlord, a member of the Macquarie Group.

“GLL is delighted to now have restructured 4 Columbus Circle within a 12-month period, thanks to the renewal and expansion of New Hope and the renewal of Steelcase,” said Hollander.

Steelcase signed a 10-year, 46,812-square-foot renewal at 4 Columbus Circle last summer. The 135,000-square-foot property at the corner of 58th Street and Eighth Avenue also counts Duane Reade as a retail tenant.
