Ferguson Enterprises Plans 450K-SF Facility at CO’s Prologis Park 70
Ferguson Enterprises acquired 53 acres for $14 million in Prologis Park 70, a 300-acre business park in Aurora, CO. The commercial and residential plumbing supply provider will build a 450,000-square-foot warehouse/distribution facility on the acreage, with construction scheduled to start by the end of December.
CBRE’s Gil Hutzler represented Ferguson in the land transaction at E-470 and East 19th Avenue. Jim Bolt and Mike Camp, also with CBRE, represented Prologis, the seller.
Upon its completion in spring 2021, the facility will accommodate distribution for a variety of Ferguson business groups, including plumbing, HVAC and appliances. The development will meet the market distribution center needs of the Newport News, VA-headquartered Ferguson, allowing quicker delivery to customers in the Denver market and surrounding area. In addition to warehouse space, the building will also have offices and a counter for trade contractors.
Ware Malcomb is the architect, and Whiting-Turner the general contractor.
