Ferguson Enterprises Leases Entire 31K-SF Building in Morton Grove

The Missner Group announced that Ferguson Enterprises has signed a lease for the entirety of 8130 River Drive, a 31,429-square-foot industrial building in the Chicago suburb of Morton Grove, Illinois.

The full-building lease comes just six months after The Missner Group acquired the property. The single-tenant building offers a blend of office and warehouse space with one interior dock door and two drive-in doors, along with 21′ clear heights and a fully air-conditioned warehouse.

The Missner Group was represented by Tom Rodeno and Brendan Green of Colliers. Ferguson Enterprises was represented by Kevin Segerson, Clayton Thorson, and Tom Sorrell of CBRE. 8130 River Drive benefits from exceptional connectivity, with easy access to I-294, I-90, and I-94, providing a direct north-south connection into Chicago and Illinois’ broader distribution network.

“This lease is exactly the outcome we envisioned when we acquired 8130 River Drive,” said Jeremy Weisbach, Director of Asset Management at The Missner Group. “We’re excited to add a credited tenant like Ferguson Enterprises to our portfolio. It speaks to the strength of this asset and the improvements we’ve made, and it’s a great example of how our value-add strategy translates into real leasing results.”
