Felice Restaurant Signs 15-Year Deal at Trump Plaza

Lee & Associates NYC recently negotiated a deal to bring SA Hospitality Group’s Felice to Manhattan’s Upper East Side at Trump Plaza, 167 E. 61st St. Felice will occupy 3,400 square feet of ground- and lower-level space in a new 15-year lease at the luxury retail and cooperative apartment building. Felice currently has multiple locations in Florida, New York City, Long Island and Westchester County.

Mark Kapnick and Jordan Cohen from Lee NYC represented Felice Restaurant by SA Hospitality Group. The Trump Organization was represented in-house by Myles Fennon and Kelly O’Rourke.

“We are incredibly proud to have brought Felice and The Trump Organization together on this deal,” said Kapnick. “Felice is a well-known, upscale restaurant, and its newest location, on a prominent corner of the Upper East Side at Trump Plaza, will be a great addition to the neighborhood.”

Felice opened its first location in 2007 on the Upper East Side. Since its inception, Felice has expanded nationwide.
