Feldman Leaves Marcus & Millichap to Start New Firm in D.C.

Commercial Broker Josh Feldman has left Marcus & Millichap to launch a new firm specializing in investment sale properties in Greater Washington D.C.

After spending 14 years at Marcus & Millichap, Feldman has partnered with Ian Ruel to form Feldman Ruel Urban Property Advisors. The new brokerage will have seven employees and will be based in Bethesda. The firm will focus on properties in the range of $1 million to $15 million.

Feldman, Ruel and the other employees moved to a new 4,000-square-foot office at 4800 Montgomery Lane  in Bethesda in February. A new website for the brokerage was launched this week.
