Fein's Echo Lake going in City Place

Fein Building 4th City Place Rental Community

Fein was given the go-ahead to build its fourth multifamily development in City Place in Houston. The 326-unit project at 2002 Spring Stuebner Road, dubbed Echo Lake, will consist of two—and three-story buildings offering a selection of efficiency and one-, two—and three-bedroom apartment homes, ranging in size from 556 square feet to 1,824 square feet. Some of the units will be townhomes with attached garages.

Echo Lake is expected to open its first units in the second quarter of 2026, with an estimated completion date in the second quarter of 2027.

Steinberg Dickey Collaborative is the designer. Westchase Construction will be the general contractor for the development.

Open House Group provided equity financing, while Comerica Bank is providing construction financing. John Fenoglio of CBRE arranged the equity financing.
