The Feil Organization has announced its plans to renovate 7 Penn Plaza in Midtown Manhattan. Improvements include a new roof deck for tenants, an upgraded lobby and modern design elements throughout the building.  

Located at 370 Seventh Avenue, 7 Penn Plaza’s new rooftop, spanning over 15,000 square feet, will be redesigned as an elevated amenity space with an outdoor bar for tenant use. The building’s renovation is slated for completion in Q4 2024.  

In addition, the Feil Organization has also announced that KC Engineering and Land Surveying has expanded and extended its lease at 7 Penn Plaza for ten years, from 9,005 square feet to 12,788 square feet.
