Feil Signs Union Federation to Offices at Garden City Center

The Feil Organization has signed a 15,000-square-foot lease with NYSUT, a federation of more than 1,200 local unions, at Garden City Center located at 100 Quentin Roosevelt Blvd. in Garden City, NY, within Long Island’s Nassau County. The long-term lease follows the recent completion of Feil’s capital improvement program for the property.

“Our recent renovations, coupled with Feil’s commitment to maintaining top-tier properties, have elevated Garden City Center to the forefront of premier office spaces in Long Island,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial office leasing at the Feil Organization. “This lease reinforces our position as a leading provider of high-quality, strategically located offices that cater to the diverse needs of prestigious tenants like NYSUT.”

NYSUT was represented by Jerry Guerra and Jeff Nemshin of The Paragon Group, and the landlord was represented in-house by Wiener and Robert Fisher.
