Feil Signs Two High-Growth Tenants at Gramercy Park Building

The Feil Organization has secured two long-term leases totaling 25,500 square feet at 257 Park Ave. South, also known as the Gramercy Park Building and located in Midtown South. They include AngelList, a fintech company that signed for 12,900 square feet; and executive search and consulting firm Options Group, which leased 12,600 square feet.

“Welcoming AngelList and Options Group to 257 Park Ave. South reinforces the leasing momentum of Park Avenue South as a premier neighborhood for high-growth companies,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing for The Feil Organization. “Their commitments enhance the asset’s dynamic tenant roster and reflect the unmatched quality of office space we are proud to offer.”

AngelList was represented by Jonathan Franzel of Newmark, and Options Group was represented by Sam Seiler and Patrick Moroney of CBRE. The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Wiener and Robert Fisher.
