Feil Signs Lease with Stinson at Wells Fargo Center

The Feil Organization signed a five-year, 13,629-square-foot lease with law firm Stinson LLP for  the fifth floor at Wells Fargo Center in downtown Tampa, marking the national law firm’s first location in Florida.

“It’s our core belief that investing in your tenants and your buildings provide long-lasting results, which has proved true by Stinson LLP selecting Wells Fargo Center as the location to plant their flag in Tampa,” said Andrew Wiener, Head of Commercial Leasing at the Feil Organization. “This national law firm is a prestigious addition to our tenant base, and we look forward to their imminent success in the Florida market.”

Located at 100 Ashely Drive South, Wells Fargo Center is a Class-A 22-story, 387,000-square-foot tower in Tampa’s Central Business District along the Hillsborough River. Feil was represented by Barry Hanerfeld of CBRE and Stinson LLP was represented by Newmark’s Jack Hoskins in the transaction.
