Feil Signs Burlington Stores to Renewal at Glen Oaks Shopping Center

The Feil Organization signed a renewal lease with Burlington Stores, Inc. at the Glen Oaks Shopping Center located in Queens. Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Burlington has been an anchor tenant at the 187,650-square-foot retail property since 2003.

Located at 255-01 Union Tpke. in Glen Oaks, the center will soon welcome Lidl, which is opening a 34,484-square-foot store there later this year.

“We’re pleased to continue our long-standing partnership with the esteemed Burlington Store at Glen Oaks,” said Randall Briskin, VP of retail leasing at the Feil Organization. “While Burlington remains a shopping hotspot at Glen Oaks, this renewal capitalizes on the market’s enthusiasm for Lidl’s scheduled arrival to the shopping center this fall. This growing retail momentum further reinforces our confidence in the dynamism and robust consumer activity in Glen Oaks.”

Feil was represented by Briskin. Burlington was represented in-house by Ken Bryan of Burlington.
