Feil Organization Inks 21K SF at 551 Fifth Avenue

The Feil Organization has signed a 10-year, 20,955-square-foot lease at 551 Fifth Avenue with Eaglestone LLC, a holding company specializing in acquiring and supporting companies in the mechanical, fire protection, plumbing, and electrical sectors, with a focus on the Northeast.

The lease includes relocation of PJ Mechanical, a leading industry trade subsidiary of Eaglestone LLC, and space for Eaglestone LLC’s NYE&E subsidiary and its corporate headquarters. The move was prompted by the need to relocate due to an office-to-residential conversion of its former 55 Broad Street offices and a desire to combine office space.

The asking rent was $58 per square foot. 551 Fifth Avenue, also known as the Fred F. French Building, is a Class-A office skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan, completed in 1927 and designated a New York City landmark. Feil was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener and Randall Briskin for the transaction.
