Feil Organization Secures New Tenant and Expansion at 853 Broadway

The Feil Organization signed two leases totaling 15,126 square feet with two tenants at 853 Broadway, its office tower located at the foot of Union Square. The leases include Nourish, a food-as-medicine platform leasing the entire 15th floor, and Lepercq de Neuflize & Co., a privately held investment firm, expanding its footprint to occupy the entire 16th floor.

“Securing Nourish as a tenant, along with the expansion of Lepercq de Neuflize & Co., highlights the strength of our high-quality spaces at 853 Broadway and underscores Feil’s ongoing commitment to providing exceptional environments for our tenants,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing for the Feil Organization.

Feil was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener, Rob Fisher and Henry Korzec. Nourish was represented by Douglas Regal of JLL. Lepercq de Neuflize & Co was represented by David Stockel of CBRE. The two new leases follow the October signing of Personetics, a global leader in financial services software, which leased 7,004 square feet.
