Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation signed a lease renewal at the Galleria, the second tallest building in Jefferson Parish

Feil Organization Inks Lease Renewal at Metairie Galleria  

The Feil Organization announced the Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation signed a lease renewal at the Galleria, the second tallest building in Jefferson Parish. The firm will occupy its 20,984-square-foot space on the seventh floor for another 125 months. 

“We are happy to continue our relationship with Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation by providing premier office space for their continued needs,” said Colette Wharton, Regional Director and Asset Manager at the Feil Organization. “The Galleria’s proximity to major highways, banks, restaurants,  and hotels make it an excellent choice for conducting business in the greater New Orleans region, as evidenced by this long-term renewal.”

Located at One Galleria Boulevard in Metairie, the Galleria is a 22-story, 466,110-square-foot office building. 

Louisiana Citizens Property Insurance Corporation was represented by Sandra Corrigan of SRSA Commercial Real Estate in the transaction and The Feil Organization was represented by Scott Graf of Corporate Realty.

About Angela Noote

Angela Noote is a native of Northern California and graduated from Chico State with a degree in public relations. After college she moved to the Central Coast and worked first in ad sales then in editorial, eventually spending more than a decade as a print reporter and editor. She detoured into design work at a printer/publisher, and with a partner eventually opened a boutique full-service marketing agency. Moving into corporate communications, she built and managed several successful marketing teams in the hospitality, financial services, and nonprofit industries. Most recently she was an internal comms manager in the tech sector. After a long stint spent in Georgia (Go Dawgs), she moved to Baton Rouge, LA and has written for clients in the financial, luxury imports, higher ed, commercial cleaning, and medical equipment industries. Her son is a media arts major at the University of South Carolina, and her husband owns a comedy theater in Baton Rouge, where you can often find Angi teaching improv classes, leading corporate training events, or doing an occasional stand up set.
