Feil Organization Appoints Henry Korzec Associate Director, Commercial Leasing
Henry Korzec has been appointed as the associate director of commercial leasing at the Feil Organization, a national real estate investment firm. In this role, Korzec will focus on enhancing leasing efforts for Feil’s New York City office portfolio.
“Feil is incredibly excited to welcome Henry to the team at a time when we are witnessing increased activity across our New York City portfolio,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing at the Feil Organization.
Previously served as a senior advisor for Raise Commercial Real Estate NYC and as a business development associate at Cushman & Wakefield, Korzec sourced and serviced more than 200,000 square feet of successful transactions.
