Feil Grows Westport, CT Portfolio with Mixed-Use

The Feil Organization has acquired 2–14 Post Rd. East in Westport, CT, from State & Main Streets LLC for an undisclosed sum. The mixed-use property includes approximately 6,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 10 studio apartments.

“We are thrilled to continue expanding our portfolio in Westport with the addition of 2–14 Post Rd. East,” said Randall Briskin, VP of retail leasing at The Feil Organization. “This acquisition provides a unique mix of retail and residential space in one of the most desirable towns in the region, benefiting from strong foot traffic and a vibrant dining and retail scene.”

Situated in one of Connecticut’s most desirable towns, 2–14 Post Road East is a 13,034-square-foot, two-story mixed-use property offering strong visibility and consistent pedestrian traffic. The apartments have been newly renovated, and the property offers ample parking and convenient accessibility for both retailers and residents.

The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Briskin and Jordan Goldblum. Kravet Realty, LLC represented State & Main Streets LLC.
