FedEx Renews Industrial Lease Near Stewart International Airport

Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey principal Tom Consiglio and VP Todd Hali brokered the FedEx Corp. lease renewal at 100 Enterprise Dr., a 125,000-square-foot, freestanding industrial facility owned by CenterPoint Properties in Newburgh, NY. Consiglio and Hali represented ownership in the transaction.

The building was custom-developed to support FedEx’s air cargo operations at nearby Stewart International Airport and remains a mission-critical component of the carrier’s regional logistics network. With daily flights into Stewart, the facility provides immediate proximity for receiving air cargo containers, processing shipments and redeploying deliveries, allowing FedEx to maintain the efficiency required for time-sensitive operations across the Tri-State area.

“Our longstanding presence and market expertise in the region positioned us well to support CenterPoint with this important renewal,” said Consiglio. “100 Enterprise provides FedEx with direct, irreplaceable access to Stewart Airport, and their continued commitment reflects the strength of both the asset and the region’s supply chain ecosystem.”
