FedEx-Leased Industrial Trades in Northwest Inner Loop
Colliers International arranged the sale of a 132,000-square-foot distribution building at 6410 West Sam Houston Pkwy. N. in Houston’s Northwest Inner Loop submarket. The firm’s David Carter and Jeff Peltier represented the seller in the transaction. Deal terms weren’t disclosed.
The build-to-suit distribution building sits on 18.155 acres and is currently occupied by FedEx Ground.
The Northwest Inner Loop submarket is bound by Highway 290, Beltway 8, Interstate 10 and Loop 610 and contains more than 60 million square feet of industrial and flex space. The submarket, which is 91.9% occupied, is the largest of the six submarkets in Houston’s Northwest industrial corridor.
