Port 10 Logistics will be the new home for a FedEx Ground facility. The 337,000 square foot building will be within the Port 10 Logistics Center in Baytown. McNair Interests and Pontikes Development will team up to construct the building inside the 246- acre park, which is expected to be completed this November.

Nick Pontikes believes the project will be a difference maker for the town, “This is a milestone project…for the City of Baytown. With hundreds of parking spots, this is going to be a facility that creates jobs and benefits the community, including the citizens and workers of Baytown and its economy.”

The Port 10 Logistics Center has over three million square feet of warehouse and distribution space and has just announced a new 400-car rail yard is in the works.
