FedEx Ground has leased 340,000 square feet at TIP West within Triangle Innovation Point industrial park in New Hill, NC.

FedEx Ground Delivers 340K-SF Lease in Triangle Innovation Point near Raleigh

JLL has secured a 340,000-square-foot lease agreement with FedEx Ground at TIP West within Triangle Innovation Point. The 2,200-acre life sciences and advanced manufacturing and industrial park is in New Hill, NC, a submarket of Raleigh.

Matt Winters and Al Williams of JLL handle marketing and leasing for the park on behalf of ownership, a joint venture between Samet Corporation, Lee-Moore Capital and a Denver-based family office.

FedEx Ground will fully occupy Building One at TIP West within Triangle Innovation Point. Currently under construction, Building One at TIP West is part of the first phase of development at Triangle Innovation Point and will deliver by the end of the year. FedEx Ground is set to occupy the space in early 2023.

Triangle Innovation Point is 30 minutes from Research Triangle Park and Raleigh-Durham International Airport. It has access to a labor force of 1.5 million, with over 20 colleges and universities within 60 miles of the site.
