Federal Realty Investment Trust is set to transform Twinbrooke Shopping Centre with a series of modern upgrades designed to elevate the property located in Fairfax, Virginia.

The enhancements will feature a modern canopy and façade design, new decorative LED lighting, upgraded landscaping, and café seating zones. Additional improvements will include enhanced accessibility throughout the property, upgraded landscaping, new signage, and refinished asphalt surfaces. All stores will remain open throughout construction, with work set to begin in March and expected to be completed within approximately eleven months.
