Federal Realty Investment Trust Announces Nine New Retail Tenants at Virginia Gateway

Federal Realty Investment Trust announced nine new merchants at Virginia Gateway, building on a year of strong leasing activity that has already brought eight new businesses to the Gainesville shopping center.

The latest additions span restaurants, specialty retail, fitness and personal care. “The caliber and diversity of businesses choosing Virginia Gateway speaks to the strength of the center and its continued appeal to leading retail and restaurant operators,” said Mike Ennes, Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Federal Realty. “Adding nine new merchants on the heels of eight openings this year is a significant reflection of Virginia Gateway’s established position in the market.”

The merchants expected to open this year include Frye’s Famous Crab Cakes, Talkin’ Tacos, and LaserAway. Additional merchants scheduled to open in early 2027 include The Baked Bear, Dumont Creamery & Cafe, Ignite + Immerse, Orangetheory Fitness, MINISO, and Paris Baguette. Virginia Gateway has welcomed eight new merchants since March.
