FCP Snags 380-Unit Apartments in Smyrna

Privately held real estate investment company FCP has acquired Wyndcliff Apartments, a 380-unit apartment community in Smyrna. The sales price was not disclosed.

Wyndcliff Apartments is located at 2350 Cobb Parkway SE, approximately one mile from the I75/I285 interchange, providing residents with easy access to major employment hubs throughout the Atlanta metro area. The community features one, two and three-bedroom floorplans with energy efficient appliances, private balconies/patios, wood-style plank flooring, pool, fitness center, playground and a dog park.

“This acquisition expands FCP’s presence in Atlanta and complements our existing portfolio,” said Michael Errichetti of FCP. “Wyndcliff is in the heart of Cumberland, a dynamic urban node of Atlanta with over 100,000 jobs and 9 million square feet of retail centered around the Battery, anchored by Truist Park.”

Keith Geiger of CBRE’s Atlanta Investment Sales team represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
