FCP Hires Five Team Members in Metro D.C.

Maryland-based privately held real estate investment company FCP has announced the hiring of Nadja Amaguana, Yvonne Bartolomeo, Sam Cuthbert, Arjun Nandra and Thomas Muse-Tessier.

Amaguana joins FCP’s Investor Relations team, where she will provide analytical support for investor due diligence and ongoing reporting. Bartolomeo, based in Tampa, is a project manager overseeing capital projects for the FCP operating portfolio in Florida. She has more than 15 years of experience in multifamily mixed-use property management and served most recently with UDR in Tampa.

Cuthbert provides analytical support in managing FCP’s residential and commercial acquisitions and developments. Nandra is responsible for underwriting new commercial investments and providing support in managing FCP’s existing commercial portfolio. Prior to FCP, Nandra worked in turnaround management at Berkeley Research Group. Muse-Tessier is responsible for data analytics, infrastructure and visualization. Prior to joining FCP, he worked in data analysis at Experient, part of Maritz Global Events, where he developed proprietary software to enhance customer experiences and reporting.
