FCP Elevates Trio of Leadership Executives to Company Principals
Chevy Chase, MD-based FCP has promoted three senior leaders to principals of the firm:
E.J. Corwin leads all aspects of FCP’s structured investments business nationwide and is responsible for expanding the company’s portfolio of structured Investments via new strategies and products. Since 2012, E.J. has grown the business via new equity and debt investment products, geographic expansion to a nationwide footprint and dedicated investment capital.
Summer Haltli is responsible for developing and leading FCP’s ESG platform and will lead FCP’s impact investing strategy with a focus on affordable and workforce housing. Since joining FCP in 2010, Summer has developed and implemented value-add business plans for over 7,000 multifamily units and mixed-use projects totaling over $1.5 billion of value. Summer founded FCP’s Sustainability, Diversity, Inclusion & Retention Committee and FCP SERVES Committee.
Jason Ward leads all aspects of FCP’s multifamily development business, including strategic planning, business development and underwriting. Beginning in 2018, Jason has led the firm’s expansion to numerous new development partners and new geographies.
