FCP Announces Opening of Adaptive Re-Use MXU Project in Nashville

Sylvan Supply, the adaptive rehabilitation of the 60-year-old Madison Mill in Nashville by real estate investment firm FCP and developer Third & Urban is now open. The newly built mixed-use project includes office space, public spaces and destination retail.

The former industrial mill was acquired by FCP and Third & Urban in 2018. The design utilizes corridors and terraces with greenspace to connect the eight buildings. The project features 162,000 square feet of creative office space as well as more than 32,000 square feet of curated dining, boutique fitness and other retail spaces. Tenants at the project include Accenture, Radish Kitchen, fitness studio Row House, Keller Williams Realty Nashville and Woodland Wine Merchant.

“Sylvan Supply has fulfilled our vision to deliver an institutional quality adaptive reuse project with modern, creative office spaces and vibrant retail that also creates new energy for Nashville’s Charlotte Avenue Corridor,” said Sarah Hubbard, vice president for commercial asset management at FCP. “Sylvan Supply has demonstrated great appeal to office and retail tenants seeking more direct access to the outdoors in response to the pandemic.”
