F&B Tenant Signs for Space at Port Authority Bus Terminal

JRT Realty Group, Inc. and subconsultant MCCGUSA, Ltd. arranged a lease for retailer Gong Cha at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey’s Midtown Bus Terminal (MBT). Adding to the diversity of business operators, cultures and food and beverage options at the MBT, Gong Cha will offer the traveling public a varied menu of fresh-brewed bubble tea, yogurt drinks, milk-based beverages, and coffees.

“The lease signing of this well-known tenant – the latest to join the Midtown Bus Terminal retail mix – is a clear indication of the market’s health, and the strength of the entrepreneurial spirit in New York City,” says Jodi Pulice, founder & CEO of JRT Realty. “When it comes to diversity, New York City is still the true capital of the world.”

Added Catherine Britell, general manager of the MBT, “The Port Authority is excited about ‘Gong Cha’ joining the Midtown Bus Terminal’s retail community. Providing our customers and the community with a variety of food and beverage options here at the terminal is a priority.”
