More than half of the 48 condominiums are under contract at Related Companies’ new condominium tower at 70 Vestry Street in Manhattan’s TriBeCa neighborhood.

Sales started in April 2016 in the 14-story high-rise, now under construction. The building is expected to open in spring 2018.

A penthouse listed for sale at a price of $50 million is now under contract. That works out to an asking price of $7,637 per square foot for the North Penthouse, which spreads out over three floors four bedrooms, two terraces and a roof deck. A second penthouse at 70 Vestry Street is offered for sale at $65 million.
