Fast Leasing for Luxury Apartments at Exhibit at 60 Fulton

At the beginning of 2018, more than 65% of the luxury apartments had already leased at Exhibit at 60 Fulton in Downtown Manhattan. The property opened its 120 apartments in November.

“The kind of activity we’ve been seeing from the very beginning is unprecedented for this time of year,” says Adam Heller, president and CEO of the Heller Organization, developer of the new 23-story tower.

The rents start at $2,535 for a studio apartment, which includes a concession of two months of free rent on an 18-month lease.
