Fast-Casual Restaurant Signs 23-Store Franchise for LI

Fast-casual restaurant concept I Heart Mac & Cheese has signed a 23-store development agreement with Manor 3 covering Long Island. Nine locations will open across the island within the first three years, including three that will open by year’s end.

“This agreement is monumental for the I Heart Mac & Cheese brand, and we believe we have found the perfect partners to build our presence in New York, with Manor 3,” said Stephen Giordanella, the Florida-based restaurant chain’s CEO and chairman.

Manor 3 is led by restaurant franchise operator Vinny Greco and his partner Dan Dollard. Greco spent 25 years as the assistant equipment manager with the New York Mets before transitioning into the restaurant industry.

He called I Heart Mac & Cheese, which offers customizable macaroni and cheese bowls, “the next great franchise concept.” The concept entails a low initial investment and can be operated in a small space.
