The 762 apartments at Jersey City Urby are now 95%-leased, just eight months after leasing began at the 713-foot tower on the waterfront in Jersey City, NJ. That works out to a lightning-fast pace of more than 90 apartments a month.

“The over one thousand residents who’ve moved into the building are playing an important role in bringing to life the unique arts, dining and lifestyle scene that’s being cultivated at Harborside,” said Michael DeMarco, CEO of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.

The apartment tower at 200 Greene St. was developed by a partnership between Roseland Residential Trust, a subsidiary of Mack-Cali, and Ironstate Development. The tower is one piece of Harborside, Mack-Cali’s massive mixed-use development on the New Jersey waterfront.
